Can I Return My Item?
If the below return policy guidelines are met, full-priced items can be returned for a full refund. Please see the "How Do I Start A Return" section below to initiate a return.
Items from our sale section are only eligible for store credit; no refunds will be given for sale items. No exceptions.
Items purchased during promotional sales, such as seasonal, holiday, or flash sales, will qualify for a refund if the below timeline guidelines are followed.
Bedding is to be returned at the customer’s expense.
Little Bell items purchased from the Last Call: $50 Sale section are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. No exceptions.
Items must be received in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items that appear to have been worn or in used condition cannot be returned. No exceptions.
Can I Return An Item I Bought In-Store?
You have 7 days of the receipt purchase date to make an exchange or return for store credit. In-store purchases are for store credit only or exchange. There are no refunds on in-store purchases. All sales items purchased in store are final sale.
Can I Exchange An Item?
We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
How Do I Start A Return?
For A Full Refund: Please utilize our online RETURN PORTAL, https://www.aliciabell.com/a/returns , within 7 days of delivery (the delivery day being day one). Additionally, please postmark the item within 7 days of delivery (the delivery day being day one & weekends are not included in the 7 days to postmark). To qualify for a full refund, the label must be generated within our returns portal within 7 days (the delivery day being day one) and postmarked within 7 days of delivery (the delivery day being day one & weekends are not included in the 7 days to postmark). We do not make exceptions to this policy.

Returns postmarked after 14 days will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
We are happy to return full-priced items for a refund in the original form of payment (following the rules stated above) less $12 for the return shipping for all orders purchased in the USA. How Do I Pack My Return?
Returns must be sent back in the packaging we provide in the shipment. If you do not use our pack to make the return, you will be charged $30-$50 for the return shipping fee.
How Does Store Credit Work?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. Please check your spam folder for these emails. If you do not receive your store credit email 7-10 business days from your return’s delivery, please email us at email@example.com.
Store Credits can only be used once and will not be reissued in the event of a return. Additionally, store credit cannot be used towards the purchase of custom/special orders.
Can I cancel an order?
There is a restocking fee of $20 if you place an order and then cancel it before it ships. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel an order.
How Do I Return an International Order?
A pre-paid label will be provided to you via our online returns portal for all orders within the USA. We do not provide shipping labels for International orders. Customers will need to send the order back to us via their preferred carrier and provide a tracking number for all international orders.
Can I use my own shipping service?
If you elect to use your own shipping service, we require an RA number on the outside of the package, and your tracking number must be emailed to us. Contact email@example.com for an RA number.
Can I return bedding?
Bedding is to be returned at the customer's expense.
Please note that bedding purchases do not qualify for free shipping and $9 economy due to their size. Comforter purchases incur a shipping fee of $50, which can be purchased at checkout; shams cost $15 to ship.
What if My Package Is Lost?
If the package is lost, we require the tracking number to locate it and process the return. Until the refund confirmation email is received, please keep the tracking number on record until the refund confirmation email is received. If your package gets lost and we do not have a valid tracking number, no refund or store credit will be issued.
Free Shipping Returns:
During free shipping promotions, if your return brings your total below $250, a $9 shipping fee will apply, and we will deduct $9 when we process your refund or store credit.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. If this happens, the order will be sent back at the customer's expense.
We are unable to offer price adjustments on any purchases.
Alicia Bell Ltd. reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
